My editing always starts the same way I bring everything in and organize the footage so I know exactly what I’m working with.
From there, I go through everything and pick out what actually matters. That’s when the rough cut starts to take shape not perfect, just honest structure.
Then I start refining. I adjust timing, let the rhythm settle, and bring in music, sound, and transitions where they feel natural not forced.
In the final stage I focus on color, detail, and finishing touches, making sure everything feels cohesive before exporting.
It’s a simple structure, but it keeps every project clear, consistent, and intentional.
